Standard Return Policy
We at Nala's Corner want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not pleased with your merchandise, you may return the product within 10 days of receipt. Please contact us before shipping to obtain a Return Authorization Number. We also guarantee any defects in workmanship or materials according to the manufacturer
Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the order was paid or credit can be given toward the purchase of a different item. The item must be returned in brand new condition, in original packaging, and with all parts and accessories to ensure full credit. If you are returning any products that have been used, a restocking charge may apply.
In the event that we have made a mistake when shipping your order, or the item was received damaged, please contact us via email within 3 days so that we can make arrangements for return shipping and replacement product.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Refunds
Credit Cards & PayPal
Credit card numbers and PayPal are used only for payment processing and fraud protection. They are not retained for any other purposes. If you place an order online, we will use your financial information to bill you for products and services or otherwise process your transaction. By making a purchase online, you consent to providing your financial information to our service providers to process your transactions. These third parties may include credit card companies and banking institutions used to process the transaction.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products. Some products will be dropped shipped from the manufacture and may take more than 1-3 business days to process. Some orders may also ship separately. We will contact you via email if your item(s) are backordered. If any part of your order is backordered we will ship as soon as the product is in stock.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
You will receive shipping information via email the day your package ships. Our shipping costs are based on weight and the zip code to where they are being delivered.
Some items may ship separately and take a little longer due to drop shipping from the manufacture.
